    (deposit to hold apartment, goes towards security depoist)
  • $50.00 - Check payable to "Garden Homes"
    (application fee per apartment, non-refundable)

IF YOU HAVE BEEN AT YOUR CURRENT JOB FOR 1 YEAR OR LESS, PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Last year's W-2/1040
  • Signed letter of employment stating position and salary
